Transera is committed to providing technical support that meets your business needs, with two support package options:

Gold Support

Ideal for businesses requiring 24/7/365 support for mission-critical applications. Provides notification of all impacting outages and updates until restoration. On-site training provided for your organization's Call Center Manager and/or Administrator of Seratel.

Standard Support

Coverage during standard business hours, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PST. Package is included in Transera's standard subscription pricing.
